By post to: Rencontres Musicales de Vézelay - BP 4 - 89450 Vézelay - France. To do this, simply print the booking form you find below, send it back duly completed, together with payment of tickets for concerts that you have chosen.

In July and August the ticket office will be open from Monday to Friday on our premises, to be found n° 8 rue St-Etienne at Vézelay next to the Office de Tourisme.
Opening times : 10 am to 12-30 pm – 2-30 pm to 6 pm

From 20th to 22nd August ticket sales will be found at each concert venue, one hour before the beginning of the concert.

Also note...
*Reduced prices apply to the sale of single tickets by the unemployed and students on presentation of a relevant card, and to the sale of a group of 10 or more tickets for the same concert (groups, work’s committees).

** The price for two or three concerts applies regardless of the venue. For example:
- One concert at the basilica in 1st category + one afternoon concert: 30€ + 09€ = 49€
- Two concerts at the basilica 1st category : 2 x 30e = 60€

- Children under 12 years of age go free in 2nd and 3rd categories.
- All seats are numbered in all the venues, and in each category.

Terms of Use
- Any reservation is final only after actual receipt of the Regulation.
- The settlement of places should be within 8 days of booking until 14 August 2009. After this time, places are given on sale.
- From August 14, seats must be paid at the time of purchase.
- The regulations are to be paid by check to the order of Rencontres Musicales de Vézelay, by bank transfer or by credit card.
- Tickets and subscriptions, once paid, are shipped to 14 August inclusive. After this time, they can only be removed at point of ticket Meetings or at the entrance to each concert.
- Tickets can not be returned or exchanged, no double will be issued.
- Concerts begin at the time.
- The casting and the program are not contractual. Les Rencontres Musicales reserve the right to amend this may bring a refund tickets.
