The pleasant atmosphere of our bistrot, the generous cuisine of Richard Domier and the music of the Rencontres Musicales de Vézelay Festival go naturally together, and will do so from 24th to 27th 2006, on Vézelay’s ‘eternal hill’.  The Festival and the Cheval Blanc invite you to spend a day or two, or even several,  enjoying the delights both of delicious regional cooking and sacred music on the theme of Mozart.

Vézelay has a long tradition of welcoming artists in its midst.  Fernand Léger, Le Corbusier and Paul Eluard used to enjoy the convivial atmosphere of the Cheval Blanc.

Today, keeping this artistic tradition alive, Carole and Richard offer a menu which combines elements of nouvelle cuisine with traditional dishes and is served in a cosy and convivial atmosphere.
